Feb. 1, 2023, DiSCo Lazio in collaboration with Tor Vergata University inaugurated the “Elena Gianini Belotti” [external link] Anti-Violence Center, run by Differenza Donna APS Association.
The Center caters to all women experiencing situations of violence, helping them to develop a personalized plan to exit violence and become aware of their rights. With the support of experienced workers, it offers a listening environment that respects privacy and self-determination, encouraging the strengthening and reactivation of women’s personal resources

- Risk and trauma assessment
- Networking with territorial institutions and services
- Support in pathways out of violence
- Specialized shelter for women and child victims of witnessing violence and orphans of feminicide
- Job orientation
- Legal advice and support (in civil, criminal, labor and for migrant women)
- Counseling and psychological support
