The call for applications will award 20 scholarships designed to promote and support the educational and professional development of recent female graduates in STEM fields. The scholarships will be divided equally among the following categories for which each applicant should apply for only one.
1. International Experience Grants: funding aimed at encouraging participation in international exchange programs, workshops, conferences or study trips to universities or research institutes abroad;
2. Innovative Project Grants: financial support for the development of innovative projects that address social, environmental or technological issues;
3. Industry 4.0 Scholarships: scholarships for female students specializing in advanced technologies such as: artificial intelligence, robotics, big data and Internet of things;
4. Fellowships for Corporate Internships: funding for domestic and international training internships at companies operating in the STEM sector, aimed at facilitating the acquisition of best practice skills and operational knowledge.

The call for applications is intended for female students who are recent graduates in STEM disciplines who have earned at least a bachelor’s degree in those fields, as well as those who are enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD program in the same disciplines.
Solid motivation and a demonstrated interest in the chosen fellowship category is also required.
Requirements needed
Recent graduate candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Have earned at least a bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines;
- Demonstrate clear motivation and interest in the chosen scholarship category;
- For “Industry 4.0″ and ”Company Internships” category grants, knowledge of specific technical tools and relevant basic skills are preferably required.
This is without prejudice to the Administration’s right to order, at any time, the exclusion from the selection, for lack of the prescribed requirements or for failure or incomplete presentation of the prescribed documentation. Without prejudice to the criminal sanctions provided for in Article 76 of Presidential Decree No. 445/2000, if checks reveal that the statement made by the candidate is not true, the candidate forfeits any benefits resulting from the measure issued on the basis of the untrue statement (Article 75 Presidential Decree No. 445/2000).
