Through the Right to Study call, DiSCo and the Lazio Region provide benefits and services to university students to guarantee the right to study, in accordance with Article 34 of the Italian Constitution, which enshrines the principle of equality of educational opportunities.
Among the services offered are scholarships, which provide financial support to cover university expenses; housing places at student residences, which help students find accommodation near university sites; and subsidized access to the cafeteria, which allows students to obtain meals at reduced prices.
In addition, international mobility grants are provided to support students during periods of study or internship abroad, thus fostering international educational experiences.
Eligible for benefits are students who enroll, by February 10, 2025, in one of the following types of courses, at one of the universities with registered offices in Lazio:
Merito
Under penalty of exclusion, university enrollment is required by the peremptory deadline of February 10, 2025: by this date, the student must be duly enrolled in the course of study that is the subject of the scholarship application.A merit requirement is also required, which varies depending on the type and year of the course, as described in Tables 2 and 3 of Annex H – Tabelle

For A.Y. 2024/2025, the income and asset limits, unless the ceiling set by the Ministry of Education, University and Research is changed at a later date, are as follows:
Exceeding even one of these values is cause for exclusion from the benefits of this notice.
