For the regularization of positions with payment blocks, the following will be considered:

  • the date of opening the ticket for submission of documentation.
  • the date communicated by the university for completion of enrollment.

If you have completed the fulfillments by February 10, your application will be valid even if there are delays in removing the blocks.

Residence Permit

If you have already uploaded your residence permit through the function in the “My Profile” section of the restricted area, you do not need to send it via ticket.
Blocks for A.Y. 2023/2024 will be removed only after the final permit is uploaded.

Offices are working to unblock all positions as soon as possible: no need to send additional reports.
