Winners who complete their application by 30 October will be able to receive the first instalment of the scholarship as early as November, ahead of the deadlines set by the call.

How can I access the early disbursement?
Winners who wish to receive the first instalment starting in November must regularise their application and overall position by 30 October 2025.
We therefore invite all students, by way of example, to:
- check that the enrolment for the current academic year has been completed and the regional fee has been paid.
- check that the ISEE for the right to study is the one specific to student support services and does not contain any omissions or discrepancies.
- ensure that all required documents have been provided.
- report the achievement of the qualification required for enrolment.
- upload the documentation relating to the completion of the internship exam.
- correct any errors in personal or academic information.
- respond promptly to any request for additional information.
- check that the residence permit or the receipts confirming its application have been uploaded and that the certified email address (PEC) has been provided (for international students only).
The status of your application can be viewed by accessing the “My Position” section within the Reserved Area menu.
Remember to use the forms or functions available within the Reserved Area to report any changes and submit the residence permit.
