The ticketing system, accessible via the reserved area, constitutes the only official channel of communication pursuant to the Student Support Call.
The deadline to submit your scholarship application for the 2025/2026 academic year is Tuesday, 22 July 2025 at 12:00 noon
This is a mandatory deadline: only applicants who successfully complete the application process by this date will be eligible to access the second phase of the procedure.
By 22 July, you must:
fill in all required fields of the online application form;; upload all documents requested by the system; submit the application .
Please note: students residing in Italy are also required to submit their DSU (Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica) for access to means-tested university benefits by the same deadline.
Important: the application will be considered valid only if submitted by the specified deadline.
Only applicants who submit the application by 22 July will be allowed to access the second phase and make corrections or updates to their application.
Please note that any exams passed after 22 July may be added during the second phase, which will be open from 30 July to 11 August (by 12:00 noon CEST).
