Starting July 1, the URP will receive visitors by appointment only through the existing reservation system.
Making reservations mandatory will improve the efficiency of the service and reduce wait times for users, while ensuring faster and more organized assistance, thereby making DiSCo an organization that is more attentive to the needs of each student.
Please note that:
- Submitting a reservation request does not constitute confirmation of your appointment. Before visiting our offices, you must wait for the confirmation notice, which will be sent to the email address you provided during the reservation process.
- The URP is not an investigative office and, therefore, cannot:
- remove any obstacles or issues in the online procedures;
- amend or supplement applications that have already been submitted;
- assess the validity of the documentation attached to the applications;
- to predict the outcome of audits or investigations;
- to intervene in the rankings or evaluations conducted by the relevant offices.
For these activities, you must follow the procedures set forth in the calls for proposals and use the designated channels as indicated in the official communications. “
