Starting from 1 July, the URP will receive users exclusively by appointment through the booking system already in use.

With mandatory booking, the efficiency of the service will improve and users’ waiting times will be reduced, while ensuring faster and more organized assistance, making DiSCo an institution more attentive to the needs of each student.

Please note that:

Submitting a booking request does not equal appointment confirmation. Before going to the offices, it is necessary to wait for the confirmation message, which will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

The URP is not an administrative/processing office and therefore cannot:

• remove blocks or errors in online procedures;
• modify or supplement applications that have already been submitted;
• assess the validity of documents attached to applications;
• anticipate the outcome of checks or administrative procedures;
• intervene in rankings or evaluations carried out by the competent offices.

For these activities, it is necessary to follow the procedures set out in the calls for applications and use the dedicated channels indicated in the official communications.
