Centri antiviolenza

The Anti-Violence Centres were set up in cooperation between the Lazio Region, DiSCo and the Universities of Lazio: Sapienza University of Rome, University of Tor Vergata, University of Roma Tre, University of Tuscia, University of Cassino and University of Southern Lazio.

Anti-violence centres offer a safe, confidential and welcoming place where every woman can find a listening ear, support and concrete tools to get out of situations of physical, psychological, economic or sexual violence.

What DiSCo Anti-Violence Centres offer

  • Active listening and free and confidential psychological support

  • Legal counselling to know one’s rights and undertake pathways to autonomy

  • Assistance to access services, protection and pathways out of violence

The centres are active in Rome, Viterbo, Cassino and Frosinone

To whom it is addressed

The Centres are mainly aimed at female students enrolled at universities or AFAM institutions based in Lazio, but are open to all women in need of support as victims of physical or psychological violence

Access to anti-violence centres is guaranteed through telephone contact numbers with 24-hour availability.
