Health Insurance Support for International Students Residing Abroad

For international students resident abroad, enrolled in years subsequent to the first, who have not already
stipulated a health insurance policy or are not already registered with the National Health Service as of 1
January 2026 and who apply within the application form, DiSCo facilitates registration with the National
Health Service. Registration is co-financed in the amount of €600 by DiSCo and for the difference of
€100 by the student, through a deduction of equal amount from the first instalment of the scholarship.

For the purposes of registration with the National Health Service, DiSCo solely refers to the data
entered by the student upon submission of the application, as subsequent applications for the purposes
of modifying the request are not permitted.
