Students who have been awarded an accommodation place for the academic year 2025/2026, either through the first allocation or subsequent ranking updates, must first complete the pre-acceptance procedure in order to finalise the formal acceptance of the assigned accommodation.
To do so, they are required to access their personal online area (which should be checked regularly) and follow the dedicated procedure.
Subsequently, all students who have confirmed their pre-acceptance will receive a message (again in their personal online area) containing all the information regarding the date, time and place for the formal acceptance of the accommodation.
The communication regarding the official acceptance will be sent only to students whose ranking position is free from any inconsistencies or restrictions.
In the event of failure to complete the pre-acceptance and subsequent acceptance of the accommodation place by the date specified in the message, the student will be automatically considered as having forfeited the benefit in their personal online area.
